Gentian

Description

Gentian is a common ingredient in bitters recipes. Jars contain 2.5oz of organic chopped Gentian root by weight. Use typically requires making an extraction, and you can save time by purchasing Gentian extract.

The price includes a $2 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar jar.

The organic gentian root was purchased, not grown at Rayne Hawk Ranch. We use this for our own extracts and bitters mixes. Since only a small amount is needed for most purposes, we are making some of our stock available for others.
