    Shrubs, also called “drinking vinegars,” are an old fashioned flavoring used to create sodas and cocktails. We offer two varieties: Bing (red wine vinegar with thyme and black pepper) and Queen Anne (apple cider + plum vinegar mix with juniper, allspice, and clove).     The price includes a $2 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar bottle.
