Cherry Extract

Description

Whole cherries, freshly harvested from our trees, extracted in 40% alcohol. This is a small batch product produced in June-July 2025.

This extract can be used anywhere you’d like to add a cherry flavor/scent, such as with cocktail bitters, baked goods, balms, or salves.

Available in 1oz and 2oz dropper bottles. The price includes a $1 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar bottle.

• Whole bing cherries from Rayne Hawk Ranch
• 40% alcohol

No pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides have been sprayed on the property since we took possession in November 2020.
