Our Bing and Queen Anne cherry sauces are available in 8oz jars and have been processed in a water bath canner. The price includes a $2 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar bottle.

Our Bing and Queen Anne cherry sauces are available in 8oz jars and have been processed in a water bath canner. The price includes a $2 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar bottle.
Our 2025 cherry sauces were processed on 26 June. Expected shelf life with Ball canning lids is 18 months (January 2027), but we recommend consuming it sooner for the best flavor.

- Rayne Hawk Ranch Bing or Queen Anne cherries
- Organic rice vinegar
- Organic white onion
- Organic garlic
- Sugar
- Star anise
- Salt
No pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides have been sprayed on the property since we took possession in November 2020.
