Description
Mostarda is a condiment of Italian origin that is made with a mix of fruit, vinegar, and mustard. It is an excellent accompaniment for meats (traditionally for boiled meats). It also makes a great pairing for cheeses in a picnic platter. We’ve also used it as a sandwich spread, meatloaf topping, hotdog topping and chicken wing sauce.
Our mostarda is available in 4oz jars and have been processed in a water bath canner. The price includes a $2 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar jar.
Our 2025 mostarda was processed on 26 June. Expected shelf life with Ball canning lids is 18 months (January 2027), but we recommend consuming it sooner for the best flavor.

- Mix of Bing and Queen Anne cherries (from our trees)
- Organic black and yellow mustard seeds
- Organic white wine vinegar
- Salt
- Organic black peppercorns
No pesticides, fungicides, or herbicides have been sprayed on the property since we took possession in November 2020.
