Quassia bark extracted in 40% alcohol.

Quassia is a common ingredient in bitters recipes. Skip the extraction step and simply add our extract to your primary flavor extraction to taste! One dropper bottle can be used to make several batches of bitters. Mix with Gentian and Wormwood extracts to produce more complex flavors.

Available in 2oz dropper bottles. The price includes a $1 glass deposit. Deposits are waived or refunded when returning or swapping a similar bottle.
